The EM-30 series, designed with an e.MMC-5.1 standard interface, has been unleashed. The all new Ball Grade-Array (BGA) memory storage family, by Memory expert SWISSBIT, has been drafted and ready to score. These ultra-small, vibration-resistant designs, with memory storage space that ranges from 16 to 256 GB, are available with 153 Ball BGA or 100 ball BGA options.
At industrial operational temperatures ranging from -40 to +85 °C, and even available at an extended temperature range of -40 to +105 °C in order to address the upfolding needs of the automotive applications' market. The EM-30's firmware supports automatic background data refresh of read-only areas that for instance occur with boot media. This feature coupled with strong error correction, ensures that data availability is always highly reliable, even if the data has not been accessed under prolonged periods of exposure to high temperatures.
